Sailed to Santa Barbara for our crew to go home as bad weather approaches. We tied up at the fuel dock to check in and refuel along side another boat that was pumping water out, they had tempted the dreaded Point Conception and had to turn back due to the wind and waves!!
We were left contemplating what to do as the wind howled through the harbour.
